Terms of Use

Last updated: July 30, 2026

Scope and Internal Use

These Terms apply to ticket.cerebrew.ai, invoice.sider.ai, and invoice.apps.wisebox.ai (collectively, the "Internal Services"). The Internal Services are private business tools intended exclusively for authorized company employees and other company-approved personnel. They are not offered for public or customer use.

Authorized Access

You may access the Internal Services only when authorized by the company and only for your assigned job responsibilities. You must use your own approved company account, keep your access secure, and never share access with customers or other unauthorized persons. The company may monitor, restrict, suspend, or revoke access at any time.

Authentication

The Invoice Services at invoice.sider.ai and invoice.apps.wisebox.ai use Google Cloud authentication. By signing in, you authorize the use of your Google account information for identity verification, access control, security, account administration, and auditing. You must comply with company authentication requirements and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

Acceptable Use

You may use the Internal Services only for legitimate support, invoicing, financial, operational, and administrative purposes. You must not misuse customer or company data, attempt unauthorized access, bypass controls, share confidential information improperly, or interfere with the Internal Services.

Company Data and Records

Ticket messages, customer information, internal notes, generated drafts, invoice and billing data, authentication events, and operational logs are company business records. They may be recorded and reviewed for service delivery, financial administration, auditability, compliance, security, product improvement, and business continuity. You must handle these records in accordance with company policies and applicable confidentiality requirements.

Availability

The company may update, suspend, restrict, replace, or discontinue any part of the Internal Services at any time for maintenance, security, compliance, or operational reasons. These Terms may also be updated as the Internal Services or company requirements change.

Responsibility

Users are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of actions taken through the Internal Services. Ticket responses must be reviewed before sending, especially when AI-generated drafts, categorization, or translations are involved. Invoice and billing information must be verified before it is issued, exported, or shared.
